Moira, Maritime Services Agency, Ltd. was founded in 2008 by Captain Davor Milevoj who served on ships carrying general cargo, project cargo and heavy lifts as cadet, deck officer and master for 36 years.

Its aim and purpose is to assist ships, shippers, cargo receivers and all others involved in the transport of cargoes by sea,
offering the highest level of service.

Moira, Maritime Services Agency, Ltd. is registered as a full scale Ship's Agency, but its focus is on providing:

1. Cargo superintendent/ port captain's services during loading & discharging heavy lifts, project cargo & general cargoes
2. Preloading, loading and lashing surveys
3. Stowage planning
4. Lifting & lashing planning, consultancy & calculations
5. On hire – off hire surveys
